DESMI Ocean Guard has successfully concluded corrosion tests

Tests at Danish Technological Institute have been conducted to ascertain that the DESMI Ocean Guard system does not introduce an increased threat of corrosion or coating breakdown in the ballast tanks. Conclusion of the test is “The overall conclusion of the test exposure is that the result from the panels tested in ozone treated water is comparable with the result from the panels tested in untreated water. No significant difference in adhesion loss, weight change or visual change is observed.”
